who we are
Andrews Metal Works was established in March 1977 by three partners: Ben Barrineau, Laurice Barrineau, and Harry Walters. By 2006, Harry had purchased all interest in the company and was named president. Today, Andrews Metal Works is a well-established, successful business that takes pride in being family-run.
Andrews Metal Works, based in the Carolinas, focuses on providing high-quality workmanship and customer service for a wide range of industries.

WHAT WE DO
Occupying a 45,000 square feet facility, Andrews Metal Works has the capabilities of meeting all of your fabrication needs from the start while providing the highest quality of customer service. Our CNC equipment includes controlled automation (ABLlO0) CNC angle master, Peddinghaus (MDLlO0) CNC drill line, and edge master CNC high-definition plasma to ensure quality and accuracy during the fabrication process.
Harry “Boodie” Walters
President
Harry helped build Andrews Metal Works from its inception in 1977 to present.
His more than 50 years of experience in metal fabrication has developed an extraordinary foundation for the company.
Highly respected within the community and known for his integrity, he, along with his son David Walters, continue to lead Andrews Metal Works into the future.
David Walters
Vice President
David has been a major contributor to Andrews Metal Works success since 1997.
With a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University, He serves as the company’s Vice President and is responsible for all day-to-day aspects of the business.
David is an avid outdoorsman, spending his spare time hunting and deep-sea fishing.
Lead Men
Chris Byrdic
Chris Byrdic is a native of Andrews, South Carolina and has been employed with Andrews Metal Works since January of 2018.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys hunting and spending time with his family.
Ricky Soles
Ricky Soles is a native of Andrews, South Carolina. He has been employed with the company for the past 11 years.
Ricky enjoys fishing and spending time with his two boys ages 6 and 4.
Vince Lockliear
Vince Lockliear is a native of Andrews, South Carolina. He has been employed with Andrews Metal Works for 17 years.
In his spare time, Vince enjoys deer hunting and duck hunting. He also enjoys spending time with his daughter and son.
Office STaff
Tonya Walters
Office Manager
Tonya Walters joined the Andrews Metal Work’s team in October of 2018. She serves as the office manager overseeing the day-to-day operations and assisting wherever is needed.
She was a native of Georgetown County until she married David Walters and moved to Andrews where they established a home and raised three beautiful children.
When Tonya is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and offshore fishing with her husband on their boat “Trainwreck”.
Shirley Watson
Accounting Administrator
Shirley Watson joined Andrews Metal Works in June of 2020. She serves as the company’s accounting administrator and human resource liaison. She is a native of Georgetown County and has over fifteen years of accounting experience.
Shirley graduated from Georgetown High
School and recently earned her associates degree in Human Services form Horry Georgetown Technical College.
Outside of work, Shirley loves spending time with her family, attending church, fishing in Black River, and cheering on her beloved Gamecocks.
